Tehama Environmental Solutions, Inc. is made up of a team of trained personnel that meet our uncompromising standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism.  Our team personnel have direct experience working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, National Marine Fisheries Service, California Department of Fish & Game, Regional Water Quality Control Board and other regulatory agencies.  We have developed good working relationships with many staff members from these agencies over the years, which adds significantly to our efficiency in negotiating through environmental review processes. 

 In order to meet the ever-increasing demand for our services, we regularly team with several other professional firms in order to provide additional technical disciplines on an as-needed basis.  One such firm is 3DFX Design, which provides visual simulations, Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping and other computer-assisted graphic design and presentation.  We work closely with this firm on a regular basis and can attest that they maintain the same commitment to quality of service, professionalism, and integrity as TES. In addition to this firm, we maintain relationships with several other local companies that can provide additional technical disciplines and horsepower, if the need arises. 

Mr. Jeff Souza, President and Senior Biologist of TES has over 20 years of professional experience working on environmental issues with multi-interest groups including private landowners, government agencies, tribes, environmental groups, and business interests.  He was born and raised in Northern California, which has given him a thorough understanding of the local ecosystems as well as the local culture.

Mr. Greg Treber, Vice President and Senior Botanist of TES has over 26 years of professional experience in the areas of botanical survey, ecological monitoring, riparian restoration design and range assessment. He has worked extensively in Northern California, having formerly farmed in the Sacramento Valley and worked as a Botanist for the U.S. Forest Service, Feather River Ranger District, Plumas National Forest and as a Range Conservationist with the Bureau of Land Management, Surprise Area Office, Susanville District.
